3 Weeks of Creatine (Check-in)

I know my last Check-in was posted late, and this one is almost a week late. Well…. last week right after I hit 3 weeks of Creatine (on Tuesday) I got Norovirus 🙃 For those that don’t know it is a GI virus that absolutely wrecks you. For those who are veterans and know what double dragon is, that’s exactly what I was going through. So here is my check-in for Week 3:

  • I still felt bloated, and when I weighed myself I was around 129 consistently. This was probably due to water retention along with a less strict diet for some dinners during the week

  • Muscles such as Biceps seemed to look bigger in my progress photos. Which would make sense if I were retaining water. However, I have also been able to lift heavier on 95% of my exercises within the last week.

Other than that, nothing noticeable with week 3. Because I was forced to take a week break from taking Creatine, I will skip this week’s check-in and report back if I feel or notice a difference having to start it back up.
