Re-Do: 3 Weeks of Creatine (Check-in)
Due to stopping Creatine for a week during illness, I have been back on it for the last week and decided to take pictures from Last Tuesday (top row) to compare to This Tuesday (bottom row).
Visually not much of a difference at all, to be expected. Physically the only thing that I’ve really noticed is that day 1 of starting it back up the gas came back 😂 Also, probably due to being so dehydrated the week before, when I was doing legs I immediately felt lactic acid build up in my quads on my first exercise. Instead of stopping my workout I switched from weights to resistance bands and was able to complete the workout.
