Everfit App: Self Training Workouts

With your subscription you will be able to do any of my 5 programs along with daily workouts that change every week. My programs include: 4 Week Gym Equipment, 4 Week Home Equipment, 4 Week Booty, 28 Day Core Challenge, and a 1 Week Resistance Band program. Any of my workouts can be completed by all fitness levels.

App Features also include: Calorie/Macro tracking (via MyFitnessPal or Cronometer), Direct Messaging with me, Exercise, Integration with Apple Watch, and Ability to swap/rearrange workouts!

Everfit App: Personalized Programming

$100 / 4 Week Program

With a personalized program I will write you a customized 4 Week training program that fits your goals & schedule. It will use equipment that you have available along with your preference of session length/frequency.

The best part is when you purchase you will have access to all of the On-Demand workouts & Resources that the subscription based clients do. This means no downtime between when you’re ready to start training & me completing your program! Personalized programs are completed and assigned within 3-5 days of purchase.

Virtual Training Sessions (30 min)

$25 / Session (1x per week)

$23 / Session (2x per week)

$21 / Session (3x per week)

During a virtual training session we will meet via Video call for accountability & proper form/instruction. Each workout will utilize the equipment you have available to you at home. Virtual training is the perfect way to fit exercise into your busy schedule without having to go to the gym during your workday!

If you train with me only once a week, I will ensure you do a full body workout to include a core circuit. With 2 sessions a week you will lift Upper Body one day & Lower Body with Core the second day. Lastly, with 3 training sessions a week your program will be broken into: Chest & Triceps, Legs & Core, and Back & Biceps
