1 Week of Creatine (Check-in)

So it’s been 1 week of consistent Creatine usage and I’ve noticed a lot of benefits that aren’t related to my physical appearance.

  1. I have noticed more energy during my workouts and overall throughout the day. I don’t feel like I need more caffeine or a nap in the afternoon like before. The energy during my workout is not jittery like you get from taking a pre-workout.

  2. I can feel the affects of the improved brain function/cognitive improvement. I am more focused, motivated, and feel like my “mom brain” isn’t completely healed, but happens far less throughout the day!

    The first couple of days I did notice a headache, but it could have been one of two things: Not drinking enough water, or due to less caffeine intake. I also did not feel bloated like I typically due during that time of the month. I’ve been waking up actually feeling a lot leaner than normal, weight according to the scale has stayed consistent throughout the week.

    Overall, I’m enjoying the benefits I’ve been feeling since taking it. I am hoping that overtime I will also see some physical improvements especially since it has given me motivation to lift heavier.
